1 Who can use IPRN?

International premium rate numbers can be used from Companies and Individuals which working with media industry and paid call centers services such as lawyers and doctors consulting. Many countries in the world do not have domestic premium rate numbers and solutions that are useful for this type of activities. That is where international premium rate numbers are used.

2 How much do I pay to sign up?

We do not charge any fee to sign up. So please sign up and register in our website as soon as possible to get our best rate and exclusive termination.

3 How can I start to work with Premium Rate Number?

After you registered with us, you will get your own account, inside your account you will find Test Number Page, from this page you can start to test our numbers. Also if you would like to request numbers you can do it by yourself from your account. Please don’t hesitate to contact our staff for further information.

4 How long does it take to start making revenue after setting up an account?

After you complete your profile info, billing information and upload your documents, we will verify you then you can start requesting numbers and sending traffic.

5 I am already a client with another company, can I be yours too at the same time?

Sure. A lot of our clients primarily use our services and other companies, but after working with us for few weeks, we find that trust is established and clients then prefer dealing with us.

6 How do I obtain a premium number?

All you need to do is follow the steps below:
1. Enter your account.
2. Go to ‘Request Numbers’ from the menu.
3. Request the number you require. 

Our system automatically assigns you a premium number, find them in “Number Manager” in your account.

7 Why I can't get a premium number?

Sometimes there is no free numbers for specific range of premium numbers. If that happens when you request some numbers, you should try later or contact our sales team to assist you.

8 Do all numbers work in all countries?

No, the various Premium Rate Numbers offer varied access list per each country. You can try calling the test numbers first to make sure it’s working with your operators, you may find these out.In order to this, login to your control panel and go to Test Numbers from the menu.Our terminations come with updated access lists that we provide to you. Get in touch with us and our Sales team will find the best solutions for your business model.

9 Can the rates and terms be negotiated?

We already give the best rate in the market for our customer.

10 Will you pay for fraud traffic?

Absolutely no! We monitor your traffic continuously and in case we find PBX hack traffic we will immediately withhold all the payments on that specific traffic, according of our restriction rules maybe your account will get suspend.

11 I make a short call, will you pay it?

Sorry, we don’t accept any short call, please make call more than 1 (one) minute. We hope our customers make real traffic and always increase for get more revenue.

12 Can I see my live statistics of my traffic?

Yes you can see live calls statistics. When you enter to your account go to the Active Calls from the menu and you will see your live calls statistics.

13 Can my sub-clients be offered online access by you?

Yes. Your online panel has the provision to create sub-client accounts with a username and password chosen by you. These sub accounts can then access numbers allocated by you as well as traffic statistics. You can have full control by managing all of your sub clients and their activities.

14 Why doesn’t my number show up in Active Calls?

Maybe your number have been reached the limit or there is some technical problem. For further information and make sure what the problem is, please feel free to contact us.

15 Can I use my own IVR?

Yes. We offer awesome IVR business flow depends on your business type, we have professional control panel to let you use your own IVR files and change it by yourself in your control panel.

16 Can I subscribe my email and get any update from you?

Yes. Please fill in your information for subscribing our newsletter (full name and email address) on the bottom page of our website. And then you will receive message for verify your email, after that you will receive newsletter from us.

17 I don’t want to receive any email/news

When you receiving Newsletter from us, there’s “Unsubscribe” Link with our news email that you can unsubscribe your email address.

18 How do I get the payment?

We have three kinds of payment methods: 
Cash (Egypt and Palestine only) - with minimum amount USD 100
Bank Wire - with minimum amount USD 500
Bitcoin - with minimum amount USD 500
We classified them into Primary Selection Payment Method and Second Selection Payment Methods.
• Primary Selection: Bank Wire, this transfer will take 4 until 7 working days to process the fund.
• Second Selection, we have some Payment Methods by:
   - Cash (No Deduction)
   - Bitcoin (There will be 5% deduction)
 
Primary Selection Payment Method in case you are not willing to get your payment by Wire Bank, then you can select one of payment method above and we will send your payment by the Second Selection payment methods you have chosen. If we are not able to send your payment by the Second Selection payment methods then we are going to send your payment by Wire Bank. However the customer shall bear responsibility for ensuring that all of the payment information are correct and please note that we have no responsibility if you have problems with your bank.

19 When my weekly payout will be paid?

We have Invoice day every 1st, 8th, 16th and 23rd every month with period of payment:
From 01 – 07 we pay on 8th of the month
From 08 – 15 we pay on 16th of the month
From 16 – 22 we pay on 23rd of the month
From 23 – 30/31 end of month we pay on 1st of the next month.

20 When my daily payout will be paid?

We will create our customer’s invoice after they have minimum amount 100 USD and if today your traffic with billing daily reach 100 USD and you select Daily Payout, we will create your invoice next working day.

21 When my monthly and two monthly payout will be paid?

We pay this kind of traffic (monthly and two monthly) after we get paid from the carrier. So all of the traffic will be pending until the carrier paid us. After we get paid from the carrier we will pay your traffic as soon as possible.

22 I received my invoice yesterday, but I didn't receive my payment in my bank account?

For Wire bank transaction usually needs around 3 – 7 days to process the fund, so please wait until 3 – 7 days and please inform us if until 7 days you still not received your payment in your bank account, so we can contact our bank to make sure the fund has been transferred and deducted from our balance, so you need to contact your bank.

23 Who is agent?

Agent in Premium Rate Numbers is a person chosen or appointed who agrees and is authorized to help us handling or deliver the payment to our customers on the behalf Premium Rate Numbers.

24 Do you offer live chat support? Can I have live chat with Premium Rate Numbers team?

Yes, we offer live chat support from 9am until 5pm (+7 time zone) except Saturday from 8am until 12pm & Sunday is public holiday.
Please click live help on the left page to start chat with us with select the department (Sales or Finance) then filling your information and your question.

25 I lost my phone and i can't changed my billing information,so how about my payment?

There will be shown the notification in customer’s panel about the payment. After 1 (one) week, Please sent us your copy ID to prove that you are the real owner of the account and the customers may contact our finance team for further information about the payment. However, our company tried to pay to our real customers. In order to avoid the payment sent to another person who are not our real customers, we will temporarily suspend your billing profile until 1 (one) week.
